I actually think he's in a better position now just evaluating talent & making personnel moves. Parcells best coaching year in Dallas was the first (10-6 with Quincy Carter). The next 2 years were bad (both 6-10) with Vinnie & Drew. The final year was 10-6 again (back to the playoffs) but only because of him finally putting in Romo. It seems like Sparano does a good job getting the players to respond. Meanwhile, Dallas has Captain Kangaroo as their head coach now. ugh
