He refuses to own a ride-on mower for the same reason, even though our yard is 1/3 acre of grass.

If your husband has a chain saw why are you still here?

Getting ready to go deal with another 6 inches this time it is sitting on 2 inches of ice from the previous storm

We had five inches of snow over the weekend, supposed to get two or three Monday night and sometime Tuesday the Artic air is going to hit. The predicted high for Wednesday is -2. I hope that forecast changes.

It's -8 outside and the temperature is supposed to keep dropping all day..WTF?

You guys on the East coast getting the cold air now?

My poor dog ran outside yesterday to take a crap. One front paw got cold and she lifted it up, her other front paw got cold so she stood on her hind legs so I could run over and pick her up. Right before I got to her, she wasn't very far away, she took a nose dive into the snow..planted her face neck deep. I picked her up and she was really freaked out.

Its a lovely 5 degrees here. My dogs can't put their feet down on the pavement. The saving grace is we are in the new house with no drafts and a ultra efficent propane heating system. It is costing us almost nothing to stay ultra toasty. Thanks Hank.

I just drove 3 miles to get the crap for chili. Stupid move the roads are a mess we are getting another 10 or so inches. But I have my chili simmering, beer chilling and I am getting ready for the Playoffs.

Shit, you guys are getting buried with the snow. It's pretty nice today, almost 20 outside.
