Before this afternoon, I haven't seen any homeless people in months. I was driving through the park and saw a really scruffy looking dude who looked like he was going to fight the geese for their bread. He looked like the lead singer from The Spin Doctors...who knows, maybe it was him.
Other then that, I occasionally see your everyday, run of the mill homeless people pushing carts full of aluminum cans around...they don't seem to be overly crazy.
I used to see some freaky/crazy shit when I worked downtown.
