Miami natives Antrel Rolle and Vince Wilfork have both expressed the desire to play in Miami. Ochocinco has put in a call to Dolphins owner Mark Anthony. The Miami Market is huge could the team go balls to the wall in a no cap year?

The year COULD be uncapped, but there are a ton of rules in place as to what you can do in free agency if the cap goes bye bye.

I doubt anyone is going to let the year go uncapped though... the owners will lock the players out to avoid it.
