Mmm… Mother’s Day Martinis

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwire – May 6, 2008) – She kissed your boo-boos, wiped away your tears and made sure you had a nice cold drink to take away the sting. Sunday, May 11 is Mother’s Day and it’s time to return the favour. This year, forget the last minute road side flower stands – she’s on to you anyway – and make Mom the perfect Mother’s Day martini.

The perfect cocktail begins with Mom’s own advice. After all, Mom knows best:

– “Good enough” never is. Invest in quality.

– Never think your glass is half empty. Simply fill it up! Repeat when it’s a martini.

Mom’s own advice helps create a delicious martini that finally puts an end to the “C- in grade six math class” lectures. Start with quality and the award-winning Pearl Pomegranate Vodka, the one and only pomegranate flavoured vodka for your one and only. Made from soft winter wheat and pure Canadian Rocky mountain water, http://www.pearlvodka.com/”>Pearl Pomegranate Vodka is as smooth as the first downhill run of the morning, Having been five times distilled and filtered six times for the ultimate in smooth tastes, Pearl Pomegranate is perfectly served neat, chilled, on the rocks, or as part of your favourite martini.

Martinis should be served chilled and filled to the brim in a stemmed martini glass, or, if preferred, one of the stylish new shorter designs. And because one day a year she can break free of her “everything in moderation” battle cry, make sure Dad has the keys to their car.
