You can’t have you cake and eat it to the same goes for cellaring your beers. Today is one of those days that I am heading downstairs with a flashlight. I will without a doubt discover beers I forgot I even bought. I might even find a beer or two from a now defunct brewery.
I am not going to pop the caps on all of these beers and sit on my sofa watching college ball all day. If theses beers are to be deflowered I am doing it right.
I have my friends from Night Shift Brewing in Boston stopping by. Joining them is one of my friends from Harpoon Brewing. I think we have a nice cast of characters taking tasting notes today. My hopes are to get the tasting notes on some of these vintages posted to the site for you over the next few weeks. Here is today’s starting beer line-up and food.
