Some purchasers of Batman: Arkham City have found that their brand-new copy of the game came with a Catwoman DLC card. Unfortunately, that card has nothing on it, locking something they were promised free.
The official Arkham Twitter Twitter feed promises:

Makes you wonder why they felt the need to have it as unlockable DLC in the first place.
