2012 NFL Week 2 Stone Cold Locks – Againt the Spread, Totals and Money Line

Decent way to kickoff the season. We went 2-1 last week but only profited .15 units because our 4 unit bet (Eagles -9) failed to hit.  This week we look to avoid emotional swings by the week 1 performances.

Here is what I like:

Lions +7 -110 ( 2 Units)  : This line is set off of a Week 1 perception that San Fran is a Super Bowl contender and the Lions have regressed to barely beating the lowly Rams. The line opened up at San Fran -5.5 and is now -7. A lot of money on San Fran, but 7 is a special number and I think both teams come back to a bit of reality.

Colts +3 -110 (2 units) :Alot of people are on the Vikings. Neither team is very good and AP could have a field day if the Colts defense doesn’t slow him down… I am taking the home team. I think Luck plays a solid game and I think this one will come down to the wire.

Raiders -1 -110 (4 units) :Raiders really shot themselves in the foot last game. I thought they looked alright but a few special teams blunders really ruined things for them. I think Palmer will be a bit smoother and the defense looked pretty good despite starting out deep in their own territory several times.
