New Year’s Eve can be dulled with its traditional trappings. We seem sleepwalk through the holiday like zombies, mindlessly repeating the past year’s celebration. If you are like most people, you fight sleep until midnight and wait for Dick Clark to count backwards from 10 in Times Square. Then and only then, Champagne comes out and the party starts to fade.
Sadly, these are the same events your parents sleepwalked through 30 years ago. Including Dick Clark! This is 2013, it is time to shake things up. Here are some great New Year’s Eve cocktail recipes from Jim Beam that will keep your party going into the wee hours.
