Week 17 NFL Picks, Predictions and Stone Cold Locks – Against the Spread, Totals and Money Line

Our total play record drops to 27-26 and + 5.51 units, including the parlay. (Who would have thought the Texans would have killed it for us)

“The last week of the season is usually the craziest. Some teams have nothing to play for, some have everything to play for. We shall waste no time this week and get at it!

Chicago Bears ML -142 (4 Units): Chicago has everything to play for. The Bears need to win, and have the Packers beat the Vikings win in order for them to make the playoffs. The Bears play the early game, the Packers play the late game, so the Bears will have to stay focused for the whole game. There is not chance of the Vikings getting up big to deflate the Bears during the game. The Bears lost three in a row before beating up on lowly Arizona, but they lost to tough competition, (Packers, Seahawks, Vikings) I think the Lions are in dismay, their coach is in his last game as a Lion, Bears get it done.

Philadelphia Eagles +7 -113 (2 units): The Eagles offense has shown some pop recently. Bryce Brown has some serious speed (averaging 5.1 yards per carry) but he also has some serious fumble issue. The Eagles looked good despite to losing to a much better Redskins team. The Giants are in the process of a huge collapse. They have won only two games since that week 8 game where they beat Dallas by the skin of Dez Bryants finger. Even more head scratching is that they crushed the Saints and the Packers for their two wins. I think something is wrong in New York and they are going to need an offseason to fix it. I wouldn’t be surprised if Philly won this thing straight up.

Washington Redskins ML -172 (4 units): I have only been wrong about one Dallas game all season. That run continued last week when the Dallas defense was shredded by the Saints. Dallas has way to many injuries on defense, Demarcus Ware is banged up and not the same guy… the Redskins are going to score over 30 points. The Dallas offense is capable of matching them in points, but Fed Ex field is an unforgiving place for opposing offenses. That place gets loud and Dallas already has trouble with false starts and delay of games … this game could get ugly, but I am going to take the moneyline just incase the Skins kick a last second FG to win it.

Best of luck and I will see you next week for round 1!
