Roasted Duck resting on spinach and arugula with tomatoes, red onion, dried cherries and candied pecans, topped with a cherry dressing.

Potato and Leek Shot
A shot of our own Blue Hen Vodka mixed with pureed potatoes and leeks.
Stuffed Venison Tenderloin with Brown Honey Rum Reduction
Venison Tenderloin stuffed with spinach, goat cheese and dried apricots, finished with a reduction made from our own Brown Honey Rum. Served with roasted garlic smashed red potatoes and wood-grilled jumbo asparagus.
Beer Pairing: Palo Santo Marron
Caribou Mincemeat Pie
Our off-centered version of this traditional pie is made with apple cider, raisins, currants, apples and caribou, baked with spices in a pastry crust.
