NFL 2010 Divisional Playoff Round 2 Schedule and Times

round2sanchezThe Wild card round of 2009/2010 NFL Playoffs featured four rematches of games played earlier in the year, an amazing three of them being week 17 rematches. Saturday’s game saw history repeating itself with the exact same result as the week 17 contests… Jets and Cowboys blowouts.

Sunday was a different story as we saw the rematches finish with the opposite result of the first game. The New England Patriots defeat at the hands of the Baltimore Ravens as a bit embarrassing and the third consecutive “bad” game of the weekend.

The final game on the first round playoff schedule looked like it was heading towards the same result with an Arizona blowout of the Green Bay Packers… but the Pack made a game out of it. The final play of the game was terrible, but the rest of the game was quite entertaining as the game was sent into overtime.

The schedule for round two of the playoffs is as follows:

[smartads]

Saturday, January 16
NFC: 4:30 PM (ET)
Arizona Cardinals at New Orleans Saints (FOX-TV)

AFC: 8:15 PM (ET)
Baltimore Ravens at Indianapolis Colts (CBS-TV)

Sunday, January 17
NFC: 1:00 PM (ET)
Dallas Cowboys at Minnesota Vikings (FOX-TV)

AFC: 4:40 PM (ET)
New York Jets at San Diego Chargers (CBS-TV)

Only the Colts/Ravens game is a rematch this week. The two met in week 11 and it resulted in a defensive battle with Indianapolis winning by a low score of 17-15.
