The Thursday Night Football game, yet again, pits teams with less-than-desirable records against each other. The combined record of the Minnesota Vikings and the Washington Professional Football Team is 4-12. However, both have started playing much better as of late.
Even though they are the underdog by a point spread of 2, we are picking the Vikings to clean up things a bit more than Washington for a win.

On the 1:00 roster on Sunday we find one of the aforementioned teams damned by a twist of fate. In what should have equated to a Monday Night scrimmage, QB Aaron Rodgers suffered a serious “yet to be identified” injury. The Packers fell to the Bears sans Jay Cutler. Now the road warrior Philadelphia Eagles head out to Green Bay with an offense that only appears to show up on the road and a rejuvenated no-name defense. We are picking the underdog Eagles here as well. They are currently 2.5 underdogs but that line is moving fast with the information trickling out about Rodgers.
In the late afternoon schedule, our experts are going with the unlikely favored team when the Houston Texans visit the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals are favored by 2.5 and have been showing some pretty tight defense these days. The wheels on the Texans bandwagon have completely come off after blowing a 21-3 halftime lead on Sunday Night, and head coach Gary Kubiak collapsed as the teams were heading off the field at the break.
