Santonio Holmes is looking at a suspension for assaulting a"woman at a night club" Ben could be suspended and at least a distraction and check this out Willie Parker refuses to play for the team.

A source "close to Parker" told Ed Bouchette of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that Parker would rather sit out this season than play for the Steelers again.

Oy. It's not like Parker has many options, so it's unwise to burn bridges over his "treatment" in Pittsburgh last year. (It also won't particularly help Parker live off his Super Bowl heroics for the rest of his life.)

There have been questions about Parker's toughness on the field, and this report makes you wonder about it off the field as well.

Don't worry I'm not back permanently because I know Hooch will probably end up banning me from posting again. I've moved on to greener pastures & other forums. How is everyone? After the big trade I got nostalgic and figured I'd see what the opinions were around here. I see Hooch still has unconditional man-love for his boy Donovan. Now a Redskin?? Unbelievable! I also see that he is completely out to lunch as usual if he thinks McNabb & Schneider will be hoisting a Lombardi trophy together. Good to see some things haven't changed. Give the white guy a chance Hooch! I know it's hard because the Eagles have had an African American QB (yes I'm PC now) since the 80s.

It puts a smile on my face to think that Donovan's last 2 games as an Eagle were back to back ass beatings which included a playoff elimination by my "axis of evil" Cowboys. I was going to miss Donovan after hearing all the trade rumors. Especially those passes to his receiver's feet followed that goofy smile. Now he can practice his air-guitar routine in Redskin maroon. I here TO might end up in Washington now too.

The NFC east should be very interesting this year.
