Charlie Sheen has been arrested in Aspen Colorado. The actor is being held on charges related to an alleged case of domestic violence.
Stephanie Dasaro the Aspen police spokeswoman says the Two & a Half Men star was arrested Friday on charges of second-degree assault and menacing, both felonies, along with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
Charlie is being held without bond in the Pitkin County Jail until his first court appearance. I guess it sucks being arrested during Christmas even for celebrities.
Sheen is divorced from actress actress Denise Richards. He has also been tied to porn stars Ginger Lynn and Heather Hunter. It is also alleged and rumored that Martian Sheen’s boy also has an eye for escorts and prostitutes.
This is not Sheen’s first brush with domestic violence. In 1990, Sheen accidentally shot his then-fiancee, Kelly Preston in the arm resulting in a minor wound needing two stitches. The relationship ended shortly thereafter.
Charlie is now married to Brooke Mueller (also known as Brooke Allen), a real estate investor. It is not known if she was the target of the assault or if Sheen was on drugs or alcohol at the time of his arrest.
