Due to the lack of forensic evidence and the victim’s reluctance to testify Ben Roethlisberger will not be charged with rape. This does not mean there will not be a civil trial. The DA says they do not think they can win the case so they will not move forward.

Ben Roethlisberger is to yet to meet with no nonsense NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell. Having sex in a nightclub bathroom may be enough for Goodell to suspend the QB based on his behavior.
