The Philadelphia Eagles traded up to take USC Quarterback Matt Barkley with the No. 98 overall pick. New Eagles coach Chip Kelly coached against this kid just last year so he has seen enough film on Barkley to know what he’s getting. However, one has to wonder with the recent busts of Mark Sanchez and Matt Leinart, is USC a Quarterback factory or a bust machine. I guess the Philly fans will find out this year.
