Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie Jersey Already On Sale at Philadelphia Eagles Online Store

It is still speculation at this point that Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Kevin Kolb will be traded to the Arizona Cardinals soon for Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie and a 2012 second round pick… but the PhiladelphiaEagles.com online store is apparently calling it a done deal.

If you head on over to their online store, you can already purchase a #29 Rodgers-Cromartie replica jersey. Go ahead, see for yourself (if it is still available). Below is a screen cap we took expecting it to be removed shortly. Edit (7/27/11 – 2:10pm EST) – The DRC jersey option has been removed from the site.

It has long been rumored, even during the lockout, that a deal was all but done involving these players, but to go as far as offering the jersey before the final deal was announced? It makes sense since there has been no urgency on either teams part to move or acquire the QB position.

Everyone was expecting a “free agency blitz” as it opened suddenly after the months-long lockout, but that certainly has not been the case. It would make sense if most of the free agency deals have already been made by most teams and they are taking their time with the announcements.
