Free Week 5 NFL Picks and Dead-On Expert Predictions

Week 5? Seriously? Already? The first month of the 2013 NFL season has flown right by, and to be completely honest… there doesn’t appear to be too many impressive teams this year. The “elite” are certainly fewer than last year, although there is still plenty of time to change opinions. Oh well, on to the free week 5 NFL picks and predictions…

We have a full roster of interesting games in week 5, much unlike the previous four weeks where there were two or three really interesting games at most. Almost every 1:00 game on Sunday looks good on paper. Throw out the Rams vs. Jaguars game… they suck, but after that we have the Saints vs Bears, Patriots vs Bengals, Lions vs Packers, Chiefs vs Titans, Seahawks vs Colts and Ravens vs Dolphins. There are four 4-0 teams in that mix and another five at 3-1.

You could even consider the Giants hosting the Eagles a decent game, even though they have one combined win between them.

The House’s big pick is the Bengals delivering a first loss to the New England Patriots. Don’t be surprised if the Dolphins send the Ravens into sub-500 territory down there in Miami. Click the link above for those and the rest of our week 5 NFL picks.

By visiting that link, you will also have the opportunity to enter your own picks in our “Beat the House” contest which could earn you a chance to win tickets to this season’s Super Bowl, courtesy of Crown Royal.

The “Final Four” contestants in our playoffs, which will be after the divisional round of the NFL playoffs, will each receive a pair of high quality sunglasses from Maui Jim.

Your Thursday Night game pick will need to be entered by kickoff of that game, but the rest are not due until kickoff of the remaining games on Sunday. We will update our Free Week 5 NFL Picks if anything drastically changes before Sunday.
